Case Managed

Are you a case manager, seeking physiotherapy for a client? This page outlines how I can help.

I accept instruction as physiotherapist for babies, children and young people during their litigation process and for their physiotherapy needs post settlement.

On receipt of your referral I will carry out a comprehensive initial assessment, which involves a detailed medical history and physical examination including use of objective assessments. Initial assessments takes up to 2 hours.

I will then provide a detailed reported with my recommendations, treatment plan and goals, with a breakdown of costs.

Upon your instructions treatment sessions will commence and I will work with your clients to assist them to achieve their goals. Treatment sessions usually last 1 hour, though may be longer for children with complex needs. Update reports will be provided at a rate specified by yourselves at the outset.

Please get in touch to discuss the needs of your client and to obtain a quote for services.
